These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ace35 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your"). By using ace35's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ace35 reserves the right to close any account created on the basis of false information without verification.

Rules on Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ace35 currently accepts three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• ace35 may place a hold on withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at ace35, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times, applicable only on the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• The bonus applies only to the first deposit.
• Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• ace35 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms and conditions at any time.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus may have a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

• ace35 reserves the right to make corrections in cases where odds or payouts were set incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace35 platform:

• Participating in any form of fraud, manipulation, or match fixing.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

If any such activity is detected, ace35 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

VIP Program and Rewards

ace35's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Changes in VIP tier are at ace35's discretion. ace35 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback bonuses.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Send the request to [email protected]. Pending bets and any valid balance will be settled before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension by ace35

ace35 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse, or security-related reasons.

• The valid balance of a suspended account may be returned after the investigation is complete.
• The balance of an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited.
• ace35 may impose an inactivity fee on accounts that have been inactive for a long period — specific conditions regarding this will be communicated separately.

Limitation of Liability

ace35 is committed to providing as reliable a service as possible. However, ace35's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is lost or missed due to internet disconnection or a technical error.
• In cases of delay or failure by third-party payment services.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• If loss occurs due to the user's own incorrect information or negligence.

The maximum compensation for any claim against ace35 will be limited to the amount you deposited during the relevant period.

Changes to Terms

ace35 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
